HIP

HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) is made by combining polybutadiene rubber and pure polystyrene. HIPS is a thermoplastic material that possesses some unique characteristics not shared by most filaments, including: low hygroscopicity; solubility in d-limonene (a chemical solvent); and good impact resistance.
