Our Basic Technologies & Facilities Details

A variety of plastics, nylons, and silicone rubbers can be used to create both functional and non-functional prototypes. Which laser quick prototyping solution is best for you will be determined by your design and requirements.

- The design is submitted to a 3D CAD file, which is then split into fine digital layers for further processing.
- A vat of liquid resin is used to add the layers one by one.
- Layer boundaries are drawn with ultraviolet light while the previous layers are solidified.
- The process is repeated until the final design is completed.
- Excess resin is removed, and prototype is then thoroughly cleaned.
- Finished curing - the prototype is finished!

- Affordable 3D Printing service
- More material option
- Widely available
- ±0.15%
- 0.05mm ~ 0.20mm
- PLA (Polylactic Acid) – Most common used FDM material, it is affordable, stiff and strong. It comes with many color and blends.
- ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) – Another common FDM material, it is resistant to high temperature.
- PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate) – High impact resistant and good thermal characteristic and it is food safe.
- Nylon - Tough, flexible and strong resistant to wear and chemicals. However it is vulnerable to humidity.
- TPU – Blend of plastic and rubber, it is highly flexible.
- PC (Polycarbonate) – It is extremely strong material and resistant to heat and impact.
